Once finished, you can do three things:

1. Mail the form to:

Bottineau, ND 58318

2. Scan the completed entry form and email it to:

bottineaufair@gmail.com

3. Bring it to the Bottineau County Fair Grounds the week of the fair before Open Class registration ends.
